Information for Patients

Payment & Financing
We believe everyone should have access to affordable, quality healthcare, so we work with our patients when it comes to payment and financing. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. We are also pleased to offer several financing plans, some of which are interest-free. Our financial coordinator will be happy to discuss your options at the time of your visit.

Dental Insurance
Our office accepts nearly all of the traditional insurance plans. We use a handy software program called Dental Systems. Just provide us with your company name, and we can look up the details of your coverage in the program's database. The system is updated on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of information. Using this system, we will be glad to file your insurance paperwork electronically.

Forms
We have made our new patient forms available to you as Adobe Acrobat files. For your convenience, we recommend printing and completing these forms at home.

Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first appointment. If you have any problem getting these files to print properly, please call our dental office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.

Emergencies
In case of a true dental emergency, call our Dallas dental office to get the dentist’s pager number and home phone number. We'll return the call as soon as possible, providing as much helpful information as possible over the phone and arranging to see you in person as needed.
